Memories from Vacation Bible School 2006

It was a fun time to come and learn about Jesus. This year's theme was Adventure of the Treasure Seekers --- Exploring God's Promises. There was so much to do: there were snacks to eat, games to play, crafts to make, songs to sing, and tons of cool information about the Bible. VBS started on Thursday, June 15th and concluded on Wednesday the 21st. We had kids aged Pre-K through sixth grade, and many of our teenagers from the Youth Group worked as helpers! We met in the Carriage House behind the Gould Church from 9 a.m.-noon each week day. Wednesday night we presented a program for our parents and friends and ended the week with ice cream cones and sundaes in the backyard. We had some great adventures!

	On Wednesday we all rode the school bus to Arkville then rode the train back to Roxbury! Thanks to RCS and the Delaware & Ulster Rail Ride.
